Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and overseeing product execution to achieve business objectives.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client’s needs on a regular basis.
  • Help to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate with Sales Office, Deployment and Support, Technology Division.
  • Keep all information on client’s cooperation integral and up to date.
  • Compiling and preparing regular reports and correspondence.
  • Instantly notify management team of critical client issues with the services we are providing.
  • Control financial relationships with the client.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (experience in IT industry would be a plus).
  • Experience in Account Management / IT Sales / Client Relationship management.
  • Experience in cooperation with end customers.
  • Experience in healthcare-related projects - preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Ukraine's Healthcare System - desired, but not mandatory.
  • Strong Intermediate level of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of clients and technical experts.
  • Enjoy working in a team, fast-paced environment.
  • Readiness for business trips if needed.
