In Short

• Active support in the recruitment process including posting job ads and coordinating interviews.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.
• Supporting performance review cycles for country and department managers.
• Maintaining and administering HRIS BambooHR.
• Coordinating ESG related matters in the local division.
• Analyzing training needs and developing talents.

• Gross salary range of 515.19 EUR - 644.35 EUR per week.

Requirements

• Business or Psychology student or graduate.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Canva.
• English Language B1/B2 or higher.
• No prior HR experience needed; customer service or management skills are a plus.
• Willingness to go on short business trips a few times per year.
