Overview

The CRA Mortgage Loan Originator at U.S. Bank is responsible for originating loans under the Community Reinvestment Act, developing referral relationships, and managing customer interactions throughout the loan process.

In Short

• Originate CRA loans in a designated metropolitan area.
• Develop relationships with realtors, builders, and bankers.
• Conduct mortgage applications and preliminary underwriting reviews.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and realtors.
• Inform customers about additional products and services.
• Spend at least 50% of time conducting activities away from U.S. Bank locations.
• Must register under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Basic qualifications include a high school diploma and mortgage or sales experience.
