Field Case Manager (RN) - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Field Case Manager who will facilitate healthcare plans and positively impact patients’ health while working remotely with some local travel in West Los Angeles and Long Beach.

In Short

• Full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm PST.
• Requires local travel in Southern and West LA.
• No weekends or holidays required.
• Field visits combined with work from home.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid RN license.
• 5 years of clinical experience as an RN.
• Experience in Field Case Management and Workers' Compensation preferred.
• High comfort level with computers and software programs.
• Ability to maintain a HIPAA compliant home office.
