Event Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Egnyte is looking for a detail-oriented self-starter ready to make their mark on a growing corporate events team. You will support various types of B2B events, from tradeshows and virtual summits to roadshows, dinners, and more.

In Short

• Manage pre-, during-, and post-event activities
• Support the coordination, logistics and implementation of physical, virtual and hybrid events
• Serve as the primary liaison with other marketing team members and vendors
• Research global events and work with key stakeholders
• Manage event calendar to coordinate event needs
• Work closely with the Director of Global Events
• Prepare event guides and provide instruction to event staff
• Manage event shipping logistics and vendors
• Provide detailed reporting on the success of events
• Coordinate with social media for event postings

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with event management in a B2B environment
• Intimate knowledge of tradeshow logistics
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau, Asana
• Must be willing to travel
