Event Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented Event Marketing Manager to join our young and creative team. This role involves not only executing exciting events but also possessing a keen sense for brand appearances, partner networks, and sales marketing.

In Short

• Conceptualize, organize, and execute trade show appearances and accompanying side events independently.
• Act as a contact person for our gastro partners, thinking in networks and identifying sales opportunities.
• Represent our brand at events, networking with restaurateurs, associations, and partners.
• Engage with service providers and gastro partners regarding monetary actions or sponsorship packages.
• Develop marketing concepts around our events, such as newsletters to restaurateurs and exciting actions with partners.
• Evaluate events, continuously optimize our strategy, and keep track of KPIs & budgets.
• Work closely with our marketing and design departments to ensure consistent brand presentation at events.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in Event Management, Marketing, or Communication.
• Experience in event and account management.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel across Germany to shape events on-site.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor.
• Self-organized, structured, and responsible in project management.
• Creativity and organizational skills, combined with a good sense for brand communication and target audience engagement.
• Analytical thinking and a good sense for cost efficiency and successful negotiations.
• A team player with a solution-oriented mindset who remains calm under pressure.
