Overview

Our Montpellier agency, consisting of 25 people, is looking for its future Senior Hydraulic Project Manager. As a key member of our team, reporting to the Head of Flood Risk and Water Resources, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects and work alongside qualified professionals in a collaborative and stimulating environment.

In Short

  • Lead and ensure the technical quality of hydraulic projects.
  • Act as a technical reference for project teams.
  • Interface with clients during project phases.
  • Conduct upstream studies in France and internationally.
  • Manage project loads and team planning.
  • Utilize hydrological and hydraulic modeling software.
  • Contribute to flood protection schemes and vulnerability reduction.
  • Participate in decision-making during bidding phases.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in hydraulic engineering (Bac+5).
  • 7-8 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Knowledge of public procurement code and MOP law is a plus.
  • Strong team spirit and initiative.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with hydrological and hydraulic software: HEC HMS, HEC RAS, INFOWORKS ICM, TELEMAC.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within France and internationally.
