Requirements

• Higher education in Hydraulics or Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in urban hydraulic projects.
• Strong technical and regulatory knowledge in hydraulic infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in client management and consultancy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
