Senior HVAC Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Design heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and mechanical smoke extraction systems for various building types.
• Conduct regulatory and comfort thermal calculations.
• Oversee construction work until operational testing and acceptance.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and budget adherence.
• Perform technical and economic analysis of contractor offers.
• Manage BIM modelers and drafters for graphical and 3D model execution.
• Diagnose existing building installations.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders under the project manager's supervision.
• Possess knowledge in HVAC systems, geothermal, and centralized technical management.
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish is a plus for international projects.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering with a specialization in climate engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proficient in MS Office, Autocad/Revit, Climawin, and Pleiade.
• Strong personal qualities: rigor, autonomy, efficiency, and teamwork.
