Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruiting (Sourcing and Talent Acquisition).
• 1+ year of recruiting experience (technical roles or BPO experience is a plus).
• Experience in account management or client management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or Business-related courses.
• Time and calendar management skills.
• Understanding of Recruitment KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to provide process improvements.
