In Short

• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud services using technologies like C#, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript and React.
• Collaborate with the AI enablement team on Python-based services and prompt engineering for generative AI.
• Create incremental customer value by delivering continuous updates to production.
• Partner with product managers and designers to address open-ended customer challenges.
• Work with other teams on technical improvements, larger initiatives and production operations.
• Provide mentorship and support to other engineers, fostering a safe and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing and operating cloud software at scale.
• Experience with building generative AI product features is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in flat, cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making skills, informed by team goals, domain knowledge and engineering principles.
• Capability to manage risk, ambiguity and dependencies effectively.
• A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience working with distributed teams in global engineering organisations.
