Overview

As a ServiceNow Independent Consultant at R5 Labs, you'll lead strategic implementation and optimization projects specifically focused on Customer Service Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). You'll partner directly with clients, analyze their needs, and deliver customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction across the EMEA region.
