• Knowledge of Quire preferred.

Requirements

• Previous experience in zoning analysis.
• Ability to analyze property use against zoning codes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with time management skills.
• Experience with managing vendors is a plus.
• Knowledge of HUD is beneficial.
• Must have a firm grasp of spoken and written English.
• Must deliver on-time service with proactive solutions.
• California Independent Contractors must follow AB5 guidelines.
