For our client FULLTRUCK, we are looking for a Back-End Developer focused on Python, who is eager to contribute to the construction of intelligent systems capable of revolutionizing logistics.

In Short

• Design backend services and modules to power our AI agents.
• Collaborate on creating a recommendation system that learns from preferences, behaviors, and logistical context.
• Work on scalable and asynchronous systems, focusing on performance with millions of records.
• Participate in designing new backend architectures to enable intelligent and smooth human-machine interactions.
• Collaborate with the CPO, product team, and frontend team to quickly bring new features into production.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience in backend development.
• Knowledge of data engineering and AI concepts.
• Ability to design scalable systems.
• Experience with recommendation systems is a plus.
