Requirements

• Foundational understanding of Enterprise Networking
• Experience in network or security engineering
• Knowledge of next-generation firewalls and SASE platforms
• Experience with email gateways and load balancers
• Strong customer service skills
• Clear communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ITSM platforms
• Ability to work across multiple technologies
• Solid grasp of enterprise security controls
• Experience in cloud security is a plus
