Requirements

• At least 2 years of support experience, preferably with developers as end-users.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on text-based support.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Experience in cybersecurity or vulnerability triage is a plus.
