Overview

The Security Service Delivery Lead will coordinate and lead security-related business and financial planning activities across Nuclear Services, ensuring effective delivery of security services in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Experience in security management and workforce planning.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Strong computer literacy and financial acumen.
• Experience with external stakeholders at an executive level.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Familiarity with Nuclear Industries Security Regulations.
• Formal programme management training or qualifications preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Ability to balance business and nuclear security requirements.
