Overview

The New Client Development Sales Support Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the New Client Development management team and Sales Planners to provide an excellent prospect-to-client experience.

In Short

  • Review onboarding cases and work with Sales Planner to correct issues or missing information.
  • Create and update Salesforce dashboards to track individual and team production.
  • Create and update daily/weekly/monthly production and metrics reporting for leadership and team distribution.
  • Perform quality control for New Client Inflows (NCI) reporting and other key metrics reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly payment reports for leadership approval.
  • Assist with scheduled meeting planner reassignments due to misrouted sets, double bookings, PTO, STO, etc.
  • Monitor inbox for urgent client emails when Sales Planners are out of the office.
  • Triage permission and tech issues with Box, Record Center, DocuSign, FPT, prospect/client portal etc.
  • Support the firm’s initiatives and attend functions as needed.
  • Participation in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with or comfortable efficiently learning Salesforce and other software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Able to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Position requires a high level of confidentiality.
