In Short

  • Own the ongoing client relationship for our top ECP customers.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure world-class experiences for our customers.
  • Responsible for proactive communication and ownership of the commercial relationship.
  • Own the client experience post-implementation.
  • Monitor account health across a book of accounts.
  • Hold QBRs with key stakeholders.
  • Be a product expert and help customers use our product.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment.
  • Increase company revenue through upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS environments.
