IT & Product Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IT & Product Development Specialist who will initially dive deep into our systems and processes to understand and optimize them. Your goal is to automate, design processes, and develop digital products to make yourself redundant, and then responsibly steer the further development of our platform as a Product Owner.

In Short

• Actively use and manage our admin panel
• Implement and document new processes
• Troubleshoot and manage IT operations on a daily basis
• Maintain, analyze, and evaluate data in Excel
• Create reports and overviews for internal purposes
• Develop automated processes and digital workflows
• Utilize macros and develop new functions to reduce Excel-based processes
• Collaborate closely with our development team to implement more efficient tools and features
• Analyze and optimize processes focusing on our custom admin panel
• Contribute to product strategy and take on Product Owner responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in IT operations, process digitalization, or SaaS systems
• Knowledge of tools/technologies for process automation (e.g., Zapier, Make, API interfaces, admin tools)
• Understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and initial experience in product management is a plus
• Analytical, solution-oriented thinking, and high self-motivation
• Very good Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, possibly PowerQuery)
• Affinity for numbers
• Good English skills
