Overview

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company, find a Product & Packaging Development Specialist to ensure the smooth execution of the product development lifecycle.

In Short

• Manage and maintain relationships with at least 90% of suppliers, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee product development timelines and ensure a 95% on-time delivery rate.
• Conduct accurate cost and margin analyses to achieve a minimum 70% gross margin on new product launches.
• Evaluate and source at least 5 new suppliers annually.
• Coordinate packaging development to align with cost targets and production timelines.
• Maintain 100% accuracy of documentation and internal tracking tools.
• Conduct 4+ comprehensive market or competitive analyses annually.
