Sr. IT – System Administrator - Remote

Overview

As the Information Technology (IT) System Administrator you will deliver comprehensive technical support services to ecoATM IT systems that service all employees. This position is a crucial member of the IT Systems team headquartered in San Diego CA.

In Short

• Provide hardware and software technical support to end users.
• Build highly resilient, high-performance, scalable, and flexible systems.
• Make recommendations and implement improvements.
• Drive scripting and automation to develop solutions.
• Identify, analyze/troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
• Email administration and support.
• Manage IT budgets regarding purchasing and invoicing.
• Support of all IT systems including JAMF, INTUNE, O365.
• Facilitate the implementation of emergency response plans.
• Vendor management for security and IT related vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• 6+ years professional experience in IT support and administration.
• Expert knowledge of Mac and Windows personal computers.
• Experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Servers and Linux servers.
• Experience with system management programs like Exchange and O365.
• Networking experience in IPv4, switching, routing, and firewalls.
