Overview

The Sr. Manager of Indirect Strategic Sourcing & Procurement will lead and drive strategic procurement initiatives across a range of indirect categories, prioritizing Logistics, IT, Marketing, Business Services, HR, Facilities, and Kiosk Operations among others. This high-impact role will focus on building and executing effective sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, delivering significant cost savings and cash improvements while also managing a 3rd party outsources procurement team, Logic Source.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, focusing on indirect categories.

• Expertise in category management and strategic sourcing.
• High degree of emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
