Performance Research Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Research Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the Eclipse is the fastest SVM execution environment, working closely with key engineering and research talent.

• Rollup up to the CTO
• Strong engineering or research background required
• Expertise with compilers, runtimes, and language implementation concepts
• Experience optimizing complex systems, including distributed systems
• FPGA and GPU experience for optimizations
• Good understanding of benchmarking methodologies
• Experience with LLVM is a plus
• Working knowledge of Rust and/or C++ expected
• MS or PhD degree is a plus
