Overview

The DeFi / Capital Markets Lead will play a crucial role in growing Eclipse’s burgeoning DeFi ecosystem.

• 2-5 years of experience in DeFi or blockchain protocols.
• Understanding of incentive mechanisms for DeFi protocols.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of work experience working on a DeFi protocol and/or a blockchain protocol with a noteworthy DeFi ecosystem.
• A robust understanding of incentive mechanisms (yield/emissions).
• An extensive network of relationships with Market Makers, LPs, and whales.
• Deep understanding of crypto market liquidity dynamics.
• Strong intellectual curiosity in crypto and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple work streams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Personable and enjoys talking to both DeFi developers and institutional funds.
• Enjoys travel and is open to several extended business trips a year.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
