Overview

The Technical Program Manager is pivotal in facilitating and coordinating the SDV community's efforts to develop an automotive-grade Core Full-Stack implementation based on open source projects. The software stack must meet high-quality standards to achieve certifiability under the ISO 26262 standard.

• Serves as the primary technical liaison between open source projects and governing bodies.
• Facilitates the development of a vendor-neutral architecture for the SDV core stack.
• Supports the community in adopting the Eclipse Functional Safety process.

Requirements

• MS degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in an architect or technical program manager role in the automotive domain.
• Experience with open source projects, particularly as a committer or contributor.
• Deep technical knowledge of SDV software stack, particularly in middleware.
• Experience managing software development and CI/CD toolchain.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE process and ISO 26262 is a plus.
