Echodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team, responsible for pre and post-sales technical engagement with customers.

In Short

• Key member of the sales team for technical engagement.
• Perform on-site radar demonstrations.
• Support customer and partner relationship formation.
• Lead installation planning and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in post-demo data analysis.
• Develop training materials and user manuals.
• Collect customer feedback for product improvement.
• Up to 50% travel may be required.
• Other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technical product sales.

• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
