In Short

• Ensure compliance with procedures for knowing clients, partners, employees, and suppliers.
• Conduct analyses and prepare reports related to KYC, KYP, KYS, and KYE.
• Develop, review, and update procedural manuals related to AML/CFT.
• Act as the second line of defense in AML/CFT risk assessments.
• Support projects aimed at improving AML/CFT processes.
• Respond to internal and external audit requests regarding AML/CFT.
• Issue AML/CFT opinions for operations as requested by Commercial and Operations areas.
• Assist in coordinating AML/CFT training programs.
• Prepare reports for COAF and ensure regulatory deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of national and international AML/CFT laws and regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing employee training programs on AML.
• Experience conducting internal investigations related to suspicious money laundering activities.
• Knowledge of regulations governing the foreign exchange market.
• Ability to assess and manage money laundering risks.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies for AML detection and prevention.
• Experience in internal and external audit processes related to AML.
