In Short

  • Reconciliation of client funds and outbound payments across Ebury’s network.
  • Investigation of unallocated and/or non-received funds.
  • Funding client trades as required.
  • Verification of remitter bank account data.
  • Assign currency accounts to clients as requested.
  • Instruction and verification of client payments.
  • Management of payment issues and queries.
  • Check and confirm status of payments in third-party platforms.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Effective research skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Co-operative and team-oriented.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
