In Short

• Collaborative and experienced appellate attorney needed for Strategic Legal Advocacy team.
• Focus on litigation strategy, support, and leadership in high-stakes cases.

• Requires J.D. and 10+ years of legal experience.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Licensed to practice law wherever located.
• 10+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Experience with state or federal appellate clerkships.
• Experience drafting appellate briefs as lead drafter.
• Experience arguing cases before appellate courts.
• Deep knowledge of administrative law and public constitutional law.
• Superior legal research and brief writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Network of relevant professional relationships.
