In Short

• The Mid-Level Giving Manager implements a comprehensive cultivation and stewardship program for Mid-Level donors.
• Serves as the primary contact for unmanaged Justice Partners.
• Connects with Justice Partners directly and manages the annual calendar.
• Enhances systems for the program.
• Some travel may be required for donor events and meetings.
• Reports to the Deputy Director, Outreach and Membership Services.
• This position can be based in San Francisco, CA or remote from the U.S.
• Responsible for stewardship and qualification of Mid-level donors.
• Ensures accurate recording of donor information in the database.
• Promotes team cohesion and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in stewardship or membership programs.
• Direct experience communicating with donors over various channels.
• Exemplary organizational and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems or donor databases.
• Background in environmental issues preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Experience navigating high-pressure situations.
• Contributes towards an equitable and inclusive work culture.
