Overview

EarnIn is looking for a Compliance Management System (CMS) Analyst to help scale and strengthen EarnIn’s compliance program as we launch and evolve new financial products and services.

• Conduct compliance risk assessments for products and features.
• Serve as a compliance partner to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in compliance or risk management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with U.S. consumer financial regulations.
• Experience in compliance risk assessments.
• Familiarity with Compliance Management Systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player in fast-paced environments.
