Overview

The Compliance Management Analyst serves as a key resource within MQMR’s Compliance Management department, providing oversight, expertise, and client-facing support across a broad range of compliance functions.

In Short

• 100% remote position, candidates must be based in the Philippines or Colombia.
• Responsible for reviewing and validating compliance data and reports.
• Conduct audits of loan files and run data analysis reports.
• Collaborate with clients to provide actionable recommendations.
• Support Fair Lending and HMDA Support product.
• Assist clients in identifying errors in HMDA Loan Application Register.
• Develop comprehensive Fair Lending Analysis Reports.
• Must have 1-3 years of experience in the origination industry.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience considered.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the origination industry required.
• Experience auditing mortgage loans for regulatory compliance.
• Proficient project planning skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to safeguard sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
