Customer Advisor for Our Online Shop (Full-time and Part-time) - Remote Available

Overview

This position offers the opportunity to work as a Customer Advisor for an online shop, providing support to customers via phone and email. The role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with the option to work remotely within Germany.

In Short

• Act as the first point of contact for online customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders and complaints.
• Work closely with logistics and other departments to develop individual customer solutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of online shop customer service processes.
• Participate in internal coaching to enhance communication skills.
• Flexible working hours ranging from 25 to 40 hours per week.
• Work either from Stuttgart or from home within Germany.
• Available to assist customers from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 - 20:00.
