In Short

• Support in procurement processing; reviewing order confirmations, tracking delivery dates, importing shipments, checking delivery notes and invoices.
• Ensure that orders are delivered on time and at the right costs.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
• Data and document management.
• Participation in projects and special topics alongside daily operations.

Requirements

• Commercial training.
• Minimum of two to three years of professional experience in procurement.
• Good PC user skills (MS Office Suite, especially Excel).
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Independent, structured, and conscientious working style.
• Reliability and process-oriented thinking are among your strengths.
• Open, communicative personality with a team player mentality.
