The company operates social facilities throughout Germany, where young people, homeless individuals, or refugees are cared for. As a Project Employee for Public Tenders, you will work with your team on lucrative large projects in the public sector, supporting colleagues by conducting research for procurement procedures and preparing participation in tenders.

In Short

• Research online for public tenders and communicate with awarding authorities
• Create precise calculations and price sheets for public tender procedures
• Submit offers using online bidding tools in consultation with your team
• Assist in grant administration and research funding programs
• Monitor ongoing projects and create reports

Requirements

• Completed training or studies in the commercial field
• Ideally, already have professional experience in similar fields
• Strong numerical skills and a passion for accurate calculations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Team player who enjoys celebrating successes together
