The product range includes pressure sensors, pressure transmitters, controls, and analytical instruments for the plastics industry. The company employs approximately 300 people worldwide, with the European headquarters located in Heilbronn.

In Short

• Support the purchasing process; review order confirmations, track delivery dates, import shipments, check delivery notes and invoices.
• Ensure that orders are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage data and documentation.
• Participate in projects and special topics aside from daily business.
• Minimum of two to three years of experience in purchasing.
• Good PC skills (MS Office Suite, especially Excel).
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and meticulously.
• Reliability and process-oriented thinking are among your strengths.
• Open, communicative personality with a team player mentality.

Requirements

• Commercial training.
• Minimum of two to three years of experience in purchasing.
• Good PC user knowledge (MS Office package, especially Excel).
• Good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written form.
• Independent, structured, and conscientious working style.
• Reliability and process-oriented thinking.
• Open, communicative personality with a team player mentality.
