Director of Clinical Services - Remote

Overview

The Director, Clinical Services functions as the division’s clinical lead responsible for clinical support, including quality, education, safety and nursing services in a hybrid role.

In Short

• Lead clinical support initiatives within the division.
• Implement programs to improve patient quality outcomes.
• Provide training and education to clinical teammates.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through oversight of audit processes.
• Conduct educational programs on policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services, Operations, and Home teams.
• Manage remote clinical teams effectively.
• Participate in divisional operations review processes.
• Travel approximately 50% domestically.
• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and significant management experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-10 years of nephrology experience.
• 3 years of management/administrative experience.
• Experience with healthcare management preferred.
• Acute care experience.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and government insurance programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Current RN license required.
