Overview

This position is responsible for performing complex psychological and social assessments to support patient care and address Social Determinants of Health.

• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with Substance Use Disorders.
• Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
