Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
  • State of Michigan licensure as a Master Social Worker (MSW-Master) or equivalent.
  • Experience in care management and behavioral health preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of patient advocacy principles.
  • Experience in crisis intervention.
  • Knowledge of community resources and agencies.
