The Social Worker position provides essential social work services to patients and their families, focusing on counseling, emotional support, and crisis intervention.

• Provide social work services to patients and families.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Relevant state licensure (LGSW, LCSW, LISW, etc.).
• Two years of social work experience.
• Certification in Case Management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office software.
