Overview

Dudek is currently seeking a full-time Senior Engineer in our Engineering Division. This position provides planning and design support as part of a project team for water, wastewater, and recycled water projects, predominantly focused on treatment-related planning and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or similar discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in planning and design.
• Professional Civil Engineer licensed in California.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Excellent writing, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel within California for project-related work.
• Experience in client relations and project management is a plus.
