Senior Water Engineer - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water Engineer to join our Resilience Water Team in Southern California. This role involves leading and managing regional project delivery and pursuits within the municipal water/wastewater market.

In Short

• Lead and manage municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Engage in client development activities.
• Contribute to positioning strategies and proposals.
• Oversee project scopes, fee estimates, and risk management.
• Plan, design, and construct water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Manage project budgets and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate multi-disciplined engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and design staff.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Some travel may be required for project site visits.

Requirements

• 10 years of leadership experience in water and wastewater field.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
• Current PE License in California or ability to obtain one.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience with alternative project delivery methods preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively with teams locally and remotely.
