In Short

  • Collaborate with a professional team in Talent Acquisition.
  • Attract top talent through innovative recruitment marketing.
  • Design and organize career networking events.
  • Track and report on event results.
  • Manage recruitment events calendar.
  • Research and suggest improvements for candidate experience.
  • Engage with internal and external partners for branding campaigns.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition leaders.
  • Monitor branding platforms for engagement activities.
  • Multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing/Branding/Events/Engagements.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
