Senior Software Developer - Remote

Overview

As a member of the IT Application Dev squad, you will craft, develop, maintain and support DTCC’s core Clearing and Settlement business applications.

In Short

• Lead technical processes and designs for application reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure partners for optimal hosting environments.
• Define performance criteria for applications.
• Ensure applications meet performance, privacy, and security requirements.
• Tune application performance to reduce issues.
• Support business and technical presentations.
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures.
• Develop solutions balancing cost and delivery.
• Implement technology-specific best practices.
• Manage the software development process.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in software development using various technologies.
• Experience with Microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development environments.
• Strong ability to gather and analyze requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
