Overview

The Senior Associate will manage key projects for the Enterprise Digital Solutions Team at DTCC, focusing on automation technologies to create efficient processes for business partners.

In Short

• Manage the project lifecycle for transformational projects.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and act as a scrum master.
• Work closely with partners to develop project roadmaps and deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks and issues throughout the project.
• Run scrum ceremonies for multiple squads.
• Ensure operational readiness prior to implementation.
• Capture partner needs and maintain support.
• Produce and maintain project reports for transparency.
• Lead project team meetings to address obstacles and issues.
• Measure project performance and report statuses accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8-10 years of project management experience using agile methodologies.
• Strong skills in project management tools and techniques.
• Exceptional presentation skills in PowerPoint.
• Experience with automation technologies and data visualization tools.
• Formal training and certification in Agile project management.
• In-depth knowledge of JIRA.
