Senior Associate, Enterprise Resiliency - Remote

Overview

The Senior Associate will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating exercises to strengthen the organization's ability to withstand and rapidly recover from incidents and disruptions.

In Short

• Collaborate with partners to identify and document operational resilience efforts.
• Engage with partners on the design and operationalization of resilience programs.
• Implement data analysis related to operational resiliency plans.
• Manage key incident data for executive level reporting.
• Communicate critical information to internal and external partners.
• Coordinate incident root cause analysis and post-mortem outputs.
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures.
• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during crises.
• Proven ability to document processes in financial services.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of derivatives and securities market practices.
