Executive Service IT Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a member of the IT Executive Service team, you will provide desktop support to executives, ensuring high-level technology service and support for VIPs within the firm.

In Short

• Provide desktop support to executives and senior management.
• Act as a single point of contact for technology issues and requests.
• Understand and communicate technology resources available to senior managers.
• Liaise with other teams for standard and non-standard solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours support.
• Travel to other offices for offsite support as needed.
• Experience with Active Directory and Audio-Visual systems.
• Document work and manage incidents using ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of Apple and Windows technology.
• Demonstrate ownership of incident resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Technical capability to diagnose and determine root cause.
• Experience with Zscaler and Trellix Encryption.
• Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and VMware/Citrix.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Support experience in a complex environment.
• Experience in the Financial industry is a plus.
