Senior Financial Analyst - Treasury - Remote

Overview

Dropbox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance organization. This role will be responsible for the administration of the Company’s debt portfolio, including term loan management, interest and amortization payments, covenant compliance, and execution of core treasury operations. The Treasury Manager will play a critical role in safeguarding liquidity, ensuring compliance with debt obligations, and supporting strategic capital structure objectives.

In Short

• Oversee administration of the Company’s term loan facilities.
• Manage scheduling, calculation, and execution of interest and principal payments.
• Reconcile debt balances and confirm payment accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with financial and non-financial covenants.
• Prepare and submit covenant compliance certificates.
• Support daily global cash management and liquidity forecasting.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal teams.
• Contribute to capital structure optimization.
• Maintain internal controls in compliance with SOX.
• Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3-7+ years of experience in corporate treasury or finance.
• Strong understanding of credit agreements and loan mechanics.
• Experience with treasury management systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
