• Design, develop, and maintain suite of People Analytics dashboards.
• Manage a small but high-impact team of full-time developers.
• Drive the strategy for evolving suite of People dashboards.
• Oversee dashboard and data warehouse functionality.
• Collaborate with People Team and business teams to understand customer needs.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR and Recruiting data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis across HR and Recruiting analytics.
• Proficiency in querying and navigating data warehouses.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Track record of successfully managing teams of developers or analysts.
